Dad, any man can father a child but it takes a special man to be a dad and that's what you were to all of us. Nothing anyone can say can take the pain I feel in my heart but I take comfort that you are in a better place, no more suffering. Thanks Dad for always caring about me and my family, I'll never forget it, you were the best. I will not say goodbye but until we meet again. Love you pops!

Dear Primos and Primas: Our most sincere condolences during this sad moments. May God grant you the comfort in the lost of your father- my Tio Vidal (Billy). He has gone home to be with the Lord and to once again be joined in heaven by his loved ones. Remember that he has gone ahead to prepare the way for the rest of us. I will always remember my Tio as very handsome, very elegant in his style of dress, funny and kind. I, being of the older nieces- I knew him when he was very young and he was positive, proud, strong and full of life. He lived a good life with my tia Maria and his children. The Palacios come from a hard-working, caring, and never giving up family who loves and cares for one another in all situations that life brings. I love him dearly and he will always continue to be in my prayers. Be strong, remember him in prayer and know he will always be around. He is now in heaven playing golf with Tio Pepe, Tio Beto, Tio Rey and Alex. God is already smiling with Tio Vidal in Heaven and saying; "Another Palacios to play golf." Love You all. Diamantina (Diana) Vallejo Espinoza and Family. Tia Mina's daughter.
