To the family of Vicente Ramos. Met Vicente in the late 1980s when he worked with Entex out of the San Marcos office and again in the late 1990s in Laredo. He was one of the most conscientious men I had ever met. He was a very talented man who spoke often of his family and what they meant to him. He was a good friend and I will miss him. I think of him often and still remember the bits of wisdom he shared with all of us. We are here for a short while and move on to the next level. We will all see Vicente again.
