Reciban nuestras condolencias.

I wish to express my sincerest condolences to Ruben's Family and siblings in their time of sorrow. We shared a lot of memories in the old neighborhood where we grew up, like playing football in the streets before they were paved. We all went into law enforcement in the 70's and even worked together for a while. We will miss you "Big Guy", rest in peace. Your friend and brother in arms.
