Rodolfo Fernando Garza

Fernando Garza , 71, went to be with The Lord on June 12, 2013. His life was a blessing to all who knew him. Mr. Garza was preceded in death by his father Rosalio Garza Jr. and his sister Olga G. (David) Martinez. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Laura G. Garza, mother Antonietta H. Garza, children Adriana Garza, Fernando (Annette) Garza Jr., Patrick Garza, Richard (Sandra) Garza, Michael Garza and Elizabeth (John) Garza, brothers and sisters Chalio (Lydia) Garza, David Garza, Gloria Garza, Diana (Remigio) Gonzalez, grandchildren Richard & Cassandra Garza, Daniel, Robert, Christopher & Chloe Lombraña, John Smith It, Nieces, Nephews and many other beloved relatives and friends.Fernando graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy and continued his studies at St. Mary’s University. He was a kind and loving husband, son, father and grandfather to his family. He was an active member of the Laredo community and was admired and respected by all that knew him. Fernando lived a life of service to others, and is remembered for his generosity and gentleness. He lived with God’s love in his heart. He will be dearly missed. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. John Neumann Catholic Church on Tuesday, June 18th at 9:00 a.m. services are under the care of Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services.
