Richard “Chino” Gonzalez passed away on December 19, 2022 in Laredo, Texas at the age of 61.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Esperanza Gonzalez, and brothers, Juan Gonzalez and Frank (Alicia+) Gonzalez.
He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, Nicolasa Gonzalez, other relatives and friends.
Richard was called “Chino” by family and friends. He was born and raised in Laredo. He was a proud graduate of Martin High School. He enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with his family. He always enjoyed helping in Border Olympics Baseball activities. Beloved uncle and friend will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 26, 2022 from 5pm to 9pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Cremation services will be held at a later date.
