My name is Victor Flores. I worked along side of Rick at Laredo Proving Grounds since he was hired by Mr. Lopez in 2014. Being in the same office, we became good friends and shared a nice companionship working together. To me, it's still somewhat difficult to know I won't see him at his desk anymore. We always worked as a team; he'd sometimes help me out or I'd help him when work surged, but in the end, we'd come out on top and move on. We could rely on each other when help was needed. May he rest in peace. My condolences go out to his wife, sons, daughter and the rest of the family. I'll attend his wake on Friday and bid farewell to a real good friend and gentleman.
