Paulita De Hoyos, “Mama Poly”, as she was dearly called by her grandchildren, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2016, in San Juan Nursing Home.

Paulita was born in Candela Coahuila, Mexico and moved to Anahuac, Nuevo Leon in 1949 upon her marriage.  In 1965, she and her family moved to Laredo, Texas where she resided for the next 38 years.  In September of 2003, she moved to Edinburg, Texas to be with her only daughter, Hilda.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Mario who passed away in May of 2003.  Also preceding her in death were her parents, a brother and a sister.

Left to cherish Paulita’s memory are her children;  Francisco De Hoyos III, Alfonso (Maria De Jesús) De Hoyos, Hilda (Jesús Roberto) Soto, Jorge (Denise) De Hoyos, Jose Felipe (Rosalinda) De Hoyos, Salvador (Azucena) De Hoyos and Fernando De Hoyos.  She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 nieces and other relatives.

The family will be receiving guests Wednesday, September 7, 2016, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm.  Funeral service will be Thursday, September 8, 2016, at St. San Luis Rey Catholic Church.  Funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am.  Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Reciban nuestras condolencias. Revelacion o Apocalipsis 21:4 dice que "Dios limpiara toda lagrima de los ojos y la muerte no sera mas". Hechos 24:15 dice que "va ha haber una resurreccion". Muy pronto nuestro creador Jehova Dios acabara con toda la maldad y el sufrimiento incluyendo las enfermedades y la muerte. Ademas nos dice que tiene el deseo de devolverles la vida de nuestros seres queridos que hayan muerto.

Reciban nuestras condolencias. El perder a un ser querido en la muerte es muy doloroso por eso queremos compartir con ustedes el consuelo que Dios nos da mediante las escrituras.
