Olivia P. Gonzalez, 91, was called by the Lord to her resting place in Heaven on Friday, January 4, 2019.
Mrs. Gonzalez is preceded in death by her husband, Florencio Gonzalez and parents, Ciro (Emilia) Peña.
Left to cherish her memory are her children; Jorge F. (Belinda) Gonzalez, Cynthia (Ismael) Gonzalez, Adriana Cantu and Gerardo Gonzalez; grandchildren, Erika Zavala, Jacob E. Gonzalez, Celina Gonzalez, Triana G. Ramirez, Adriana E. Cantu, Alejandro Cantu, Gerardo R. Gonzalez, Jr., Christina Gonzalez, Elyanna Gonzalez, Jorge A. Gonzalez, Miranda A. Gonzalez and Isaac R. Gonzalez; great-grandchildren, Madyline Zavala, Dylan Zavala, Braeden Zavala and Brilynn L. Gonzalez.
The family will receive guest on Friday, January 11, 2019, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at St. Patrick Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Abuelita, You are loved and missed! Life is so short and I wish we had all had more time with you. I have been reminiscing and remembering my childhood growing up with you and grandpa: so many things that will live on in my memory forever. I had the most time with you but yet it wasn’t enough. I am so glad you got to meet my children, spend time with them. Your memory will live on with them. Your faith, your kindness, your love, sweet disposition will never be forgotten nor will the impact you had on so many people. I know you are with God and Grandpa again and are at peace.
