Ms. Norma Garcia was our life-long neighbor. Best of friends with my mother Julia G. Molina. I recall the parties and gatherings at my house with all the neighbors. Norma was always cheerful and pleasant lady. She will be greatly missed. Love, Josie aka "Manina"
