Natalie Guerra Hill, 67, entered into eternal rest on September 30, 2021.
Mrs. Hill worked in the local retail industry for more than 40 years and held various management positions with Mervyn’s of California, Beall’s, Just for Feet, Payless, Richters and others. Natti, as friends and family affectionately called her, was a hands-on manager. She would start her workday with a complete walk-through of every department before customers arrived. She ensured displays were set up to her standards and liking. Her greatest passion in the retail industry was organizing fashion shows for seasonal wardrobe changes. In her role as manager, she collaborated on projects to raise funds and awareness for local charities including Pennies for Tennis, SCAN Laredo, and Laredo Animal Shelter. Natti loved all animals, but she demonstrated endless love and devotion to her fur-babies “Cocoa Chanel”, “Lili” and “Gigi”. She will be remembered for her quick wit and candid sense of humor, flair for fashion and her unconditional love for family and loved ones.
Mrs. Hill is preceded in death by her parents Oscar F. Guerra, Sr. and Francisca Tello Guerra, her son Mario C. Guevara Jr.
She is survived by her loving brother Oscar F. Guerra Jr. (Edgar Ricalde), best friend/ex-husband David Hill, caregiver Rose Mary Guerra, as well as cousins, nieces & nephews and other loved ones.

Oh Natalie ...you such a joy to be around with. I have pictures of you hugging me at a Xmas party I had one time in my apartment when I lived in McAllen Tx. Rene n I were still courting, but I also have such great memories when we all used to work together at Bealls. I will always remember your laughter and how fun it was just being around you. You brought me joy and happiness. I hope my husband (Rene Escobedo) welcomed you to Heaven. I miss him so much just like I missed you regardless is life has taken us to different directions.
