Mario Perez, Jr., 49, was called by the Lord to his resting place in Heaven on August 23, 2017. Mario was a dedicated active custodian at Nixon High School for the past 6 years. He was known to be an avid sports enthusiast loving NASCAR and football.
Left to honor and cherish his memory are his children, Isaac Brandon Perez, Amy Nichole (Andres Martinez) Perez and Amanda Michelle Perez: grandchildren, Andres Jay Martinez, Anthony Michael Martinez and Chanel Faith Islas; father, Mario (Esther) Perez, mother, Maria Estela Lopez; siblings, Estela (Mario) Cardenas, Elia Perez, Yvonne Perez, Yvette (Daniel) Quintal, Gilbert (Selina) Perez and Imelda (Julian) Ochoa, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and numerous friends.
The family will receive guests Sunday, August 27, 2017, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services where a religious service will be held at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be Monday, August 28, 2017, at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services chapel. Chapel service will start at 10:00 am. Committal services will immediately follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jose Leo Arredondo, Mario Cardenas, Isaac Perez, Mario Perez, Sr., Guadalupe Cortinas, Herman Cortinas, Fernando Ballesteros and Abraham Perez.
