Maria S. Guevara,80, born October 10, 1930 in Aquila Michoacan, Mexico, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010. Mrs. Guevara was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Guevara Chavez, her parents; Eduardo (Elvira Farias De Gonzalez) Gonzalez, brothers and sisters; Francisco Armando Gonzalez, Francisco Gonzalez, Miguel Sanchez Farias, Exiquio Gonzalez Farias, Ruperto Sanchez Farias, Amada Sanchez Huerta and Maria del Refugio Sanchez Farias. She is survived by her children; Ramon S. (Maria Elena) Gutierrez and Oscar J. Guevara, grandchildren; Yvette (Art) Munoz, Maria Elena (Jesus) Puente, Veronica (Alex) Hinojosa, Ramon (Alma) Gutierrez, Odin (Marissa) Gutierrez, Jacqueline (Arturo) Virgen, Oscar Manuel Guevara, Miguel Angel Guevara and Jonathan Guevara, great-grandchildren; Arnold Veliz, Jr., Corinne Veliz, Noel Medrano, III, Noee Medrano, Valerie Puente, Jose Puente, Cesar A. HInojosa, Christopher Hinojosa, Catherine Hinojosa, Ramon E. Gutierrez, Rochelle Gutierrez, Sofia Martinez, Joshua Ortiz and Arturo Virgen, Jr. Visitation will be Monday, January 3, 2011 at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services with a rosary recited at 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 from Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services chapel to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Holy mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am.
