Luis Rangel

Luis Rangel, 49, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 25, 2012. The gates of heaven have been opened for him so he can join his loving parents, Vicenta and Severiano Rangel, brother, Miguel and baby sister, Maria.Luis was a loving husband and doting father to his two sons who were his pride and joy. Through them he will continue to be with us as he provided a foundation of love, generosity, humility and humor. He was a true blue Cowboys fan, enjoyed watching the San Antonio Spurs and was an avid hockey fan. He enjoyed cooking out every weekend for his family.He grew up with an incredible family support of loving brothers and sisters who he loved and respected.Luis is survived by his wife of 25 years of marriage, Marina and his two sons, Luis Jr. and Miguel Vicente Rangel; his brothers: Jose E. (Magdalena) Flores, Jesus Rangel, Juan M. (Roselia) Rangel, Humberto (Veronica) Rangel and Severiano (Benita) Rangel, Jr. ; his sisters: Maria S. Campos, Santa Peña, Rosalva (Ventura) Diaz and Elizabeth Dodier; brother-in-law, Jesus T. Ledesma and sister-in-law, Gina Sauceda; also many nieces, nephews and many, many friends.Family will be receiving friends and family for the viewing on Monday, May 28, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 29, 2012 from Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services to San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 am.
