Leydiana Gonzalez Molina
1961-2023
A mother’s love is one of a kind. Our loving Leydiana (“Diana”) Gonzalez Molina, went home to our Lord, on November 30, 2023, at the age of 62. Diana was born on October 31, 1961, in Cerralvo, Nuevo Leon . She graduated from Nixon High School in 1981. She worked at the Sisters of Mercy Convent, LMC, and her most recent place of employment was with Dr. Garcia- Davalos. Diana was a wonderful loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, sister-in-law and friend.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Molina, parents Pilar and Andrea Gonzalez, Siblings Eufemia Gonzalez, Alonso Gonzalez, Maria G. Gutierrez, Deacon Brigido Gonzalez, and Adelita Gonzalez. She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Alejandro M. Molina, siblings Juanita Pruneda, Francisco (Ramona) Valdez, Deacon Ignacio (Rosario) Valdez, Rumaldo (Victoria) Valdez, Teresa C. Gonzalez, Gregorio (Santos) Gonzalez, Raul (Elsa) Gonzalez, sister-in-law Adelaida Gonzalez and many nieces and nephews. Diana had many loving friends, especially her best friend Belen and will be deeply missed.
Diana’s life was a blessing, and her greatest accomplishment was her son Alejandro. For those of us that had the pleasure of knowing her, Diana was very loving, caring, understanding, she had a wonderful personality and she had her unique way with words. She loved spending time with her family, watching movies, listening to music, watching wrestling and had a contagious laugh that would brighten anyone’s day. She was strong willed, compassionate, self-giving, and loved life. She taught many of her nieces and nephews how to drive. Diana shared her unconditional love with all, some would even say she was like a “second-mother.” Diana was truly a woman of grace. May the memory of Diana live in our hearts forever.
When a loved one fades into memory, the memory itself becomes priceless. You will always be remembered dearly, Diana.
