Kataleya is survived by her Father: Jose Angel Tamez III, Mother: Brenda Lee Tamez, Siblings: Kimberly Tamez, Jose Tamez, Matthew Tamez, Kaylee Gonzales, Katherine Gonzales, Mason Gonzales, Eeli Tamez, Paternal Grandfather: Jose Angel Tamez, Jr., Aunts & Uncles: Veronica (Junior Ibarra) Tamez, Maria (Jerry) Cantu, Angelica (Jesse Machado) Tamez, Homero (Deyanira) Tamez, , Priscilla (Enrique Alejandro) “La Gordiloca”, Trevino Stephanie (Josio) Trevino, Maternal Grandparents: Roberto (Amalia) Trevino, Maricela (Juan) Rodriguez. She is preceded in death by: Great-Grandparents: Lucy and Roman Rodriguez, Great-Grandmother: Faustina Trevino, Grandmother: Maria De Jesus Ferdin, Cousin: Layla Marie Belmarez, and Aunt: Anita C. Peña.
Pallbearers will be: Jose Angel Tamez III, Homero Tamez, Jose Tamez and Matthew Tamez.
The family will receive guests Thursday, October 20, 2016, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services, where a holy rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. A Holy Mass will be celebrated Friday, October 21, 2016, at San Luis Rey Catholic Church at 8:30 am.
Interment will follow to the Catholic Calvary Cemetery.
