Very sad to come to know this . Mr Soto was such a considerate, courteous and civil gentleman . I knew him through his later life real estate career and was pleased for the opportunity. My sincere condolences to all his family . May he rest in peace . Sincerely , Carol G Berler

Julio Soto was a man of great courage and compassion. When we were in high school I witnessed his courage and compassion. There was a fight between two students. A very uneven fight. A muscular well developed fellow was beating the daylights out of a slender not very athletic classmate. A crowd was present. Out of the whole crowd only Julio Soto had the courage and compassion to body block the muscular fellow and end the uneven fight. I learned a major lesson from my best friend. May the man of courage and compassion Rest In Peace!

So very sorry to hear of the passing of our brother-in-law and uncle, Julio. Throughout the years, our family (our husband and father, Cruz Soto - Julio's older brother) although living in Virginia maintained a close relationship with Julio and the Soto family. Our annual vacations were our trip to Laredo to visit the family. At the passing of our husband and father, Cruz, Julio and other family members were here for us. Julio came to Virginia to give Christi away at her wedding in 2003. Our deepest sympathy and love for all the family with his loss. Love, Betty Soto and Christi Morrissette and family
