He is survived by his children: Ana Laura (Jose Luis) Barrientos, Juan Gerardo (Lucy) Perez,Maria Guadalupe (Jose Angel)Sepulveda, Cesar Perez and Victor Luis (Rodolfo Garcia, Jr.) Perez. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services with a rosary recited at 7:00pm. Cremation services will be held at a later date. Funeral service arrangements are in the care of Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services, 4502 Thomas Ave. Laredo, Texas 78041.
