Josefina T. Rubalcaba, 87, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013. “I am home in Heaven, dear ones: Oh, so happy and so bright! There is perfect joy and beautyIn this everlasting light! All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed;I am now at peace forever, safely home in Heaven at last.” Mrs. Rubalcaba was an avid gardener who enjoyed tending to her flowers. She is preceded in death by her husband: Luis Rubalcaba and son-in-law: Jose Luis Ojeda. Mrs. Rubalcaba is survived by her children: Elda Gongora, Juan A. (Olga) Gongora, Rosa N. (Antonio) Molina, Irma (Enrique R.) Paredes, Luis (Elisa) Rubalcaba and Mary Jo Ojeda, 20 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and other relatives.The family will be receiving guests today, Friday, January 04, 2013, at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A holy rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 05, 2013 from Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services to San Martin de Porres Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
