Jesus “Jesse” Rivera, 30, passed away unexpectedly on January 2nd, 2016, at Doctor’s Hospital. Jesse was born one of two beautiful twin boys on June 3rd, 1985. He was born and raised in Laredo and graduated from Alexander High School in 2003.
Jesse will forever be remembered for his intelligence, wonderful sense of humor, creativity and loving heart for everyone and everything. He made friends everywhere he went and with everyone he met. Words cannot fully express how amazing he was. Jesse will forever live on in the hearts of all that knew him.
Jesse is survived and mourned by his mother: Mary Elizabeth Rivera, father: Pedro Rivera, Sr. ( Edna) , twin brother: Jose Rivera, brother: Pedro Rivera, Jr. ( Valerie Gomez), sister: Damaris Rivera, grandmother: Filomena P. Vela, countless family and friends.
The family will receive guests Friday, January 8, 2016, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services, where a prayer service will officiate at 5:30 pm and a holy rosary will be recited at 6:30 pm. Cremation service will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made directly to the family.

I love you my brother and I miss you dearly. You were such an inspiration how you were mature and caring. To all who knew my brother know how amazing my brother was. I know he would be proud of me for all I've accomplished but it's all glory to God and His Son Jesus who saved me 2 Corinthians 5:17.
