Irma H. Teeters, 79, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 in McAllen, Texas.
Mrs. Teeters is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years of marriage, Vernon Elwood Teeters, brother: David Hinojosa, Sr. parents: Genaro Hinojosa, Sr. and Maria Magdalena Hinojosa.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Sabrina M.R. Teeters and Vernon Shane (Elvia) Teeters, grandchildren: Nadia (Rodolfo) Valdez, Kristina (Joey) Nieto, Gladys Arce, Shane Teeters and Randy Lee Teeters, great-granddaughter: Gia Nieto, siblings: Genaro Hinojosa, Hector Hinojosa, Raul (Teresa) Hinojosa, Minerva (Larry) Owens, Gerardo (Cindy) Hinojosa, nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and as well her loving and faithful dog, Chiquita.
The family would like to extend thanks to her caregivers Dr. Milton Haber, Dr. Ricardo Cigarroa and Brightstar Homecare and the many physicians at McAllen Medical Center.
The family will be receiving friends on Friday, March 27, 2015, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services where a holy rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Deacon Gerardo Morales will officiate.

You will never be forgotten for as long as my heart beats you live within me until the moment of my last breath, I fear nothing, for I know you will continue to guide me and shelter me from harm.
