Guadalupe Montoya, 84, entered into eternal rest, Wednesday, August 2, 2023.  Mrs. Montoya is preceded in death by her parents; Mr. and Mrs. Crispin and Concepcion Gonzalez and her siblings.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years of marriage Joel Montoya, son; Joel (Vanessa) Montoya and grandchildren; Joel Eli Montoya, Jr and Emmalyn Montoya; as well as nieces, nephews, other family members who will greatly miss her.

The Montoya family will be receiving guests on Monday, August 7, 2023, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, where a chapel service will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
