On behalf of the Laredo Animal Protective Society (LAPS) we wish to express our condolences to the family of Guadalupe C. Barraza. Her son Richard is a valued board member of LAPS and we wish to acknowledge his many kind deeds to animals and to all the people who come in contact with him, which we are sure he learned from his beloved mother. May the Lord bless them as they deal with their loss, which is Heaven's gain. Sincerely, on behalf of LAPS, Jennie L. Reed, Historian
