Francisco Daniel Molina, 82, passed away Monday, March 2, 2015. Mr. Molina was born in Laredo and lived most of his life here. He was a graduate of Texas A & M University at College Station. He served in the U.S Army during the Korean Conflict. He taught school at both LISD and UISD and was a hydraulic engineer for the International Boundary and Water Commission. After his retirement he became the owner of Cantera Homes, a residential construction company.
Mr. Molina was preceded in death by his parents: Francisco D. Molina and Elena Ramirez Molina.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary C. Botello Molina and son: Francisco D. (Sylvia) Molina and daughter: Marissa C. (John) Montorello, his granddaughters: Natali and Tatiana Molina, brother: Cesar J. (Herminia) Molina, brother-in-law: Raymond (Graciela) Botello, sister-in-law: Jeanette B. (Roberto I.) Salinas and caregiver: Martha Lemus. The family would like to thank his friends, family and his doctors for all their thoughtfulness.
The family will be receiving friends, Friday, March 6, 2015, starting at 9:30 am at Saint Patrick Catholic Church. A holy rosary will be recited at 10:00 am by Deacon Gerardo Morales and memorial mass at 10:30 am by Fr. Angel Valenciano. Inurnment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

May Mr. Molina rest in peace. He was my math teacher for my math classes back in 61.62 and 63. I remember him fondly. He made teaching math fun for all of us. My love for math was because of him. My condolences to his whole family, Blessings
