Felix is survived by his children, Cecilia Martinez (Neftali Garza), Felix Gerardo Martinez, Jesus Martinez, Herlinda Gomez (Tomas), Luis Martinez (Esmeralda), Juanita Pena (Mario), and Leonor Martinez (Clarissa) ; grandchildren, Betty Ann Martinez, Jackqueline Lopez, Christina Pruneda, Monica Moreno, Sabrina Martinez, Mario Pena III, Gerardo A. Barcena, Lupita Pena, Selena Pena, Alyssa Martinez, Kassandra Pena, Edlynnd Ramon, and Felix Pena; great-grandchildren, Ricardo Jalomo, Brianna Pruneda, Bella Estevis, Brandon Pruneda, Brielle Lopez, Derrick Moreno, Melanie Lopez, Khelani Moreno, Andrew Martinez, Carla Rendon, David Morales Jr., Kaylee Crispin, Damian Morales, Christian Pruneda; siblings, Rosa Maria Ramirez, Jesus Martinez; nieces and nephews; other family and friends.
The Martinez family will be receiving guests on Thursday, February 16, 2023, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023, at Mother Cabrini Catholic Church, located at 3018 Davis, Laredo, TX 78040. The Funeral Mass will begin at 9:00 am. Cremation will be held at a later date.
Pallbearers will be Luis Martinez, Mario Pena, Tomas Gomez, Neftali Garza, Clarissa Martinez, Felix Pena, Mario Alberto Pena, Gerardo Armando Barcena. Honorary pallbearers are Felix Gerardo Martinez, Jesus Fernando Martinez, and David Martinez.
