Obituary

Esperanza Gamboa, 81, was called by the Lord on Friday, August 21, 2015.

Mrs. Gamboa is preceded in death by her husband; Juan O. Gamboa, daughter; Isabel G. Treviño, parents; Antonio and Consuelo Carranza, sister; Margarita Gomez and Brother-in-law; Juan Gomez.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter: Araceli Sanchez, grandchildren; Christine Michelle (Javier) Lozano, David Joseph (Crystal) Hardin III, Kandra Danielle Sanchez, Monica Yvette (John A.) Tello, Melissa Yvonne (Daniel V. Nieto) Treviño and Melinda Yenelle (Tony Zendejas) Treviño, sister; Yolanda (Hector Mario) Nieto, brothers; Antonio (Diana) Carranza, Jr. and Jose Hector (Deborah) Carranza; 11 grandchildren; as well as other family members and friends.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends for a memorial service on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services, 1320 Trey Dr., from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.  A Vigil Service will be held at 6:00pm with a musical tribute officiated by Minister Tony Gamboa and a rosary will follow by Deacon Jose Rodriguez.

We wish to extend our deepest and sincerest condolences to Araceli Gamboa Sanchez, our niece and god-daughter, on the great loss of her Mother, Esperanza S. Gamboa, on this sad occasion, from the Nieto Family, her sister , Yolanda (Hector Mario Sr.), Cordy, Cindy (Hector,Clarissa, and Hecky Darnell), and Hector Mario Nieto Jr. (Allison Mansfield and his son Austin Jace). I Yolanda will personally miss our nightly phone conversations and occasional get-togethers where we would reminiscence about our childhood together and all the memories we accumulated over the years. We will always keep you , Araceli, and all your family in our prayers. LOVE ALWAYS.
