Elizabeth Ashley O’Bryant Rodriguez, 31, entered into eternal rest Monday, January 26, 2015. She walked by faith. Elizabeth Ashley was a strong beautiful woman filled with grace. Elegant, refined and tough as nails. Complaining was not an option, she simply did not. She lived her life entirely on the belief that every day was a gift never to be taken for granted. She lived each day to the fullest and she taught each person she loved this valuable lesson; do not take anything or anyone for granted. Be prepared, always be prepared.
No river was too wide, no ocean too vast, no mountain too high, she tackled each task with great intensity. She was a warrior. Our beloved warrior entered the arena one last time. “I am ready” – she said. She walked by faith.
Elizabeth Ashley is preceded in death by her mother: Sara Alice Perez O’Bryant, maternal-grandmother: Elsa R. Perez and paternal grandparents: Roland (Minerva) O’Bryant.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband: Juan Enrique Rodriguez, children: Rene Ambrose, Juan Enrique Rodriguez, Jr. and Natalia Giselle Rodriguez, father: Roland O’Bryant, brother: Christopher Neal O’Bryant, aunt: Elsa Leticia Perez and maternal-grandfather: Simplicio S. Perez.
The family will be receiving friends Thursday, January 29, 2015, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services where a holy rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015, at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am.
As a tribute to Elizabeth Ashley we are asking anyone and everyone to please bring any photo you may have of Ashley. We will have a memory board for you to place your memory.
