Dora Hilda Ruiz, age 87, born on March 14, 1930 in San Antonio, TX went to meet her maker on Monday, April 10, 2017.
Dora was born to Victor Navarro and Julia Diana Garcia Navarro. She was wife to VAugusto Ruiz.
Mrs. Ruiz is preceded in death by her sisters: VFrancis Navarro (Joe) Mercado of Houston, TX and VFara Navarro (VJuan) Garcia of Laredo, TX.
She is survived by her daughters: Vadelia (VBill) Perry of Austin, Diana (Ramiro) Rendón of Laredo, Patricia (David) Mortimer of Del Rio, TX and son, Augusto Ruiz Jr (Jacqueline) of Austin, TX, 7 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Also surviving her are her caregivers: Adela, Osstin, Kenneth, Christopher and Luis.
Dora Hilda lived life to its fullest. She faced her inconveniences (health challenges) bravely and courageously. She gained strength by her faith in God and placed her trust in Him.
The family will receive guests, Thursday, April 13, 2017, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm. Funeral service will be Friday, April 14, 2017, at the funeral home chapel. Chapel service will officiate at 10:00 am. Her honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren: Alejandro Flores, Ramiro R. Rendón, II, Julie D. Rendón, Eddie Villarreal, Arturo Villarreal, Neal Ruiz Mortimer, & Marcus Ruiz. Cremation service will be at a later time.

Entonces muy pronto nuestro amoroso creador Jehova Dios acabará con todos nuestros sufrimientos incluyendo las enfermedades y la muerte. Y les devolvera la vida de nuestros seres queridos que hayan muerto.

I would like to extend my condolences to the Ruiz family for the loss of their mother. She was truly a beautiful women inside and out. I had the pleasure spending time with her on several occasions and I found her to be a strong women with a charming disposition. She truly will be missed.
