To the Gomez Family: Our most sincere condolences go to all of you. I would like to apologize for not attending the rosary. The reason is that my wife is seriously ill with fourth stage cancer, and I am also taking care of my five-year old grandson. However, be assured that my heart goes to you during these challenging moments. You will certainly be in my prayers. If there is anything I can do for you and your family, please let me know. I was very fond of your mother; she was my first cousin. Again, I am truly sorry for your loss. However, you father went to join your mother in the kingdom of the Lord. May they rest in peace.

Please receive my heartfelt condolences for the Gomez families. I returned to Laredo today, and I am sorry I could not be there with you. I will keep your dad in my prayers and always remember his kindness and sincerity. His and your mom's memories will stay with you forever. God bless you all.
