He is preceded in death by his wife, Hortencia Gloria Falley.
Charles is survived by his children, John Falley, Arturo (Rosy) Barberena, and Charles Patrick Falley; sister, Nanci Falley.
The Falley family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A prayer service will be officiated by Rev. Matthews at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow to the City of Laredo Cemetery where Military Honors will be provided by the Laredo Veterans Honor Guard and Presentation of the U.S. Flag will be provided by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard.
