Azucena Venetia Hinojosa, 63, entered into eternal rest, Sunday, December 24, 2023.  Ms. Hinojosa is preceded in death by her father, Valentin Ortegon and brothers, Valentin Ortegon, Jr and Dino Ortegon.

She is survived by her fiancé, Raul Mata; children, Azucena V. Haynes, Dario Hinojosa III, and Jason (Amber) Hinojosa; mother, Azucena Hinojosa; grandchildren, Katrina Haynes, Shawn Haynes, Ivy Landry Hinojosa, Eduardo Fierro II, and Atlas Hinojosa; siblings, Ginny Rodriguez, Aldo Ortegon, Alan Ortegon, Vanessa Ortegon and Vanette Ortegon; as well as numerous loving nieces, nephews, and other family members that will greatly miss her.

The Hinojosa family will be receiving condolences on Thursday, December 28, 2023, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Cremation will be held at a later date.
