Arli is survived by her parents: Armando (Sivoney) Rodriguez, sister: Amanda Sivoney Rodriguez and other relatives.
The family will be receiving friends Thursday, February 05, 2015, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 6, 2015, at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be at 11:00 am.

I had Arli in my 6th grade Creative Writing class. I remember her clearly as being a self-assured, confident, sweet girl who had so much talent. I am so sorry for her family and friends. I pray for comfort and peace for all who loved her.

My condolences go out to Arli's family and friends. She will be truly missed and never forgotten. She was such an amazing person, always leaving everyone with a smile when she was around. I remember her since elementary in Newman, Marachi del Norte in Middle school, and her giving me the wrong directions to a place leading me to the middle of nowhere in high school. We all love you Arli and you will be miss. May God Bless Arli's family and friends, you all will be in my prayers.

Her bubbly personality, big flowers in her hair with a singing voice that gave everyone goose bumps is how is how I will always remember her.
