Staff Sergeant Antonio D. Perez (Ret), 83, passed away Monday, February 4, 2013 in McAllen, Texas. Mr. Perez proudly served our country for 20 years which included the Korean War and Vietnam War. He is survived by wife of 60 plus years of marriage, Maria R. Perez, children: Rene (Martha) Perez, Mario (Mytrala Ramirez) Perez, Tony (Blanca), Remy (Floyd, Jr.) Boone and Zeny Perez, grandchildren and a great-grandchild. The family will be receiving guests Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services from 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Full military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 59 and flag fold presentation by the US Army at 3:00 pm and a vigil service at 4:00 pm. Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services, 4502 Thomas Ave., Laredo, TX 78041. Cremation will be held at a later date.
