Dear Castilllo Family, I send you my most sincere condolences for the loss of your mom. I got to see her around April 2023 when I visited Laredo. She was at mami’s house talking to Veronica. I got to pray over her and gave her a big hug.? When I saw your mom, she reminded me of my mom Gloria. And when she told me she had cancer it broke my heart.? I knew too well that she had to be hurting. I told your mom if she wanted to live, then to fight for her life and not give up, because miracles still happen. She nodded her head and gave me a big beautiful smile. The upcoming days won’t be easy and you will have good and bad days. Some days will be worst than others, but you will get through this, one day at a time. It won’t be easy, but if you rely in God’s strength and love your pain won’t be so unbarring. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my prayers! May God give you the strength, courage and faith to keep on moving without your beautiful mom.??? Respectfully Sonia

My most cherished memories being a kid growing up in Laredo, hanging around tia Amabely"s house. Watching the kids practicing their Menudo routines.

No distance is to great, that I cannot feel your loss. Tia Ambely was one of the kindest and loving person I ever met. I can see my mom chatting it up with her comadre in heaven. Un abrazo desde Terrell a toda la familia.
