Polly Wise Rodriguez was called by the Lord on Friday, December 5, 2014.

A lifetime resident of Laredo, TX, Mrs. Rodriguez retired from Laredo Coin & Gift after working there for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ricardo and Hortencia Wise; husband, Ramiro Rodriguez; son, Antonio Javier Rodriguez; brothers, Ricardo Wise, Jr. and Edelmiro P. Wise; and sister, Teresa Leal.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Patsy J. Rodriguez, daughter-in-law, Thelma S. Rodriguez; grandchildren, Gabriella (John W.) Johnson, Angelica (Alfredo III) Sanchez, and Ana Laura (Pedro Jr.) Solis; great-grandchildren, Jonathan R. Johnson, Lauren A. Johnson, Alfredo Sanchez IV, Antonio J. Sanchez and Derek J. Solis; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The family would like to acknowledge a special thank you to three special care-givers , Maria Isabel Martinez, Norma A. Flores, and Magali Patoni , whom assisted our loved one throughout her final years of life. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The family will be receiving guests Wednesday, December 10, 2014, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services, 1320 Trey Dr. Laredo, TX 78041, where a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.
