Obituary

Gaudencio Ariel Caudillo, 32, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2014.

The family received friends, Monday, December 8, 2014, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services where a rosary was recited at 7:00pm.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 9, 2014, from Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services to San Martin de Porres Catholic Church.  Funeral mass will be celebrated at 12:30pm.  Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be: Angel Mercado, Ruben Cavazos, Ruben D. Cavazos, Hedilberto Martinez, Marcos Dimas and Antonio J. Caudillo.

Ariel, you were a good guy with a good heart. I remember the trips to Laredo growing up when we would visit and it was always fun hanging out with you. I remember one summer in particular when we stayed with your family for a week when we were younger, and my brother and I even got you in trouble (inadvertently), I think. I'm sorry that we lost touch over the years, but we're still family; you and Amanda were the closest cousins to us in age. You will be missed. God bless you, and the family and children you leave behind. May God comfort them and give them a peace that surpasses all understanding during this difficult time.
