He is preceded in death by his wife, Violeta Ramirez Uribe; parents, Ernesto and Margarita Uribe; sister, Amada U. Garza.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Violeta (Eduardo) Esparza, Ada Uribe (Simon) Medina, Margarita (Juan Antonio+) Ojeda, Victor A. (Viola) Uribe Jr., and Azucena Uribe; 21 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ernesto F. Uribe, Socorro U. Cavazos, Jovita U. Trevino, Manuel M. Uribe, Ernestina Martinez; brother-in-law, Hugo Ramirez; sister-in-law, Azucena Ramirez.
The family will be receiving guests Monday, February 24, 2020, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will start at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. The funeral mass will start at 9:00 am. Interment will follow to the Uribe Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Simon Medina III, Victor A. Uribe III, Ernesto M. Uribe, Juan Antonio Ojeda Jr., Eduardo Esparza Jr., Joseph J. Medina, Ronnie McGuire, and Carlos McGuire.
