Left to cherish her memory are her children, Cristina Hernandez, Jose Ortiz, Joaquin Ortiz, Ramon Ortiz, and Socorro Hernandez, Luis Ortiz+; grandchildren, Cristy McAlister, Jackie Hernandez, Karla Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Jesus Hernandez, Martha Cristina Ortiz, Jessica Ortiz, Valeria Ortiz, Juan Eduardo, Norma De Leon, Ricardo Ortiz, Joaquin Ortiz, Jr., Luis Alberto Ortiz, Lupita Ortiz, Alejandra Ortiz, Isaias Ortiz, Alejandro Ortiz, and Sandra Ortiz; great-grandchildren, Carly McAlister, Cody McAlister, Conor McAlister, Christopher Ryan McAlister, Perla Trevino, Mia Hernandez, Jacob Trevino, Kimberly Nunez, Joe Pena, Ashley Pena, Nivea, Christopher and Jasmine, Angel Aguero, Joseph Aguero, Steven Aguero, Arianna Aguero, and Timothy Aguilera; son-in-law, Cecilio Hernandez; daughters-in-law, Alejandra, Petrita, Juanita Lopez, and Liliana+; as well as numerous other family and friends.

The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, in the Angeles chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will be officiated at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at St. Patrick Catholic Church located at 555 E Del Mar Blvd, Laredo, TX 78041. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
