Mr. Morales is survived by his children: Ruben Morales and Celina (Oscar) Villarreal and his grandson: Oscar Javier Villarreal. The family will be receiving guests, Sunday, January 20, 2013, at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Monday, January 21, 2013 at San Luis Rey Catholic Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 am. Interment will follow at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Funeral service arrangements are under the care of Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services, 4502 Thomas Ave., Laredo, TX 78041.
