Serapio R. Gomez Jr., 56, passed away on October 16, 2011. Mr. Gomez is survived by his wife; Janie Gomez of thirty one years of marriage, daughter; Victoria (Jason) Bristow, son; Joe Andrew Gomez, and many other friends and relatives. Family members received friends and family on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at the First Baptist Church, 7610 N. Bartlett St. (Behind Del Mar Post Office) Laredo, TX 78041from 5:00pm – 9:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm. Funeral service was on Wednesday, October 19, 2011at the First Baptist Church at 10:00am Pastor Ron Scott officiating. Pallbearers will be; Richard Telles, Rudy Telles, Roy Telles, Danny Telles, Alex Gomez, Freddy King, Joey Berrios. Honorary pallbearers; Aurelio Gomez and Danny Telles.
