Ruben V. Martinez, 86, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ines and Hipolita Martinez; son, Jose Alberto Martinez; siblings, Osvaldo, Enrique, Jose and Bertha Martinez.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 54 years, Maria Estela Martinez; children, David A. (Lourdes) Martinez, Ruben G. (Esmeralda) Martinez, Fernando Martinez, Luis E. (Karla) Martinez, Alfonso (Tomasa) Martinez; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and siblings.
The family will be receiving guests, Friday, January 22, 2021, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services chapel. A chapel service will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will follow to Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
Due to the COVID pandemic and for the safety of all, the family will also be live streaming the funeral services including Holy Rosary at www.freddickey.com on Friday, starting at 5:00 pm.
