Ruben Barraza, 86, entered into eternal rest on, Sunday, March 26, 2023.

Ruben was a proud U.S. Army Veteran who served his country bravely.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Guadalupe C. Barraza.

Ruben is survived by his children, Richard A. Barraza, Leslie A. Barraza (Antti Rissanen), and Francisco R. Barraza; grandchildren, Julie Barraza, Jackie Barraza; as well as other family and friends who will greatly miss him.

The Barraza family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023, in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services.  The chapel service will begin at 10:00 am. Cremation will be held at a later date.

Military Honors will be provided by American Legion Post 59 of Laredo and Presentation of the U.S. Flag will be provided by the U.S. Army Honor Guard.
