Rosaura Gonzalez, 60, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011. Mrs. Gonzalez was preceded in death by her parents, Alfonso Martinez and Rosaura De la Pena Martinez. She is survived by; husband, Juan Angel Gonzalez; children, Ana Leticia (Juan Pablo) Benavides, Martha Alicia (Jose) Santos and Juan Angel Gonzalez, Jr.; grandchildren, Jose Ricardo Santos, Mya Jocelyn Santos, Julian Enrique Benavides and Alyssa Monserrat Benavides; brothers and sisters, Maria Mercedes Vasquez, Alfoncina (Heriberto) Fuentes, Manuel Teodoro Martinez, Aquiles (Violeta) Martinez and Jose Humberto (Adriana) Martinez; and also nieces and nephews and other relatives. Visitation was held on Monday, August 1, 2011 at Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary recited at 7 pm. Funeral services was held on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services to Christ The King Church. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am. Interment was followed immediately in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Juan A. Gonzalez, Jr., Juan P. Benavides, Jose M. Santos, Jr., Raymundo Pena, Jesus Salazar and Rudy Rocha. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fred Dickey Funeral and Cremation Services, 4502 Thomas Ave. Laredo, Texas.
