On August 17, 2018, our beloved one Rosa “Rosie” Z. Hernandez, 93, went to join our Lord and her loved ones in Heaven, surrounded by her family.
“Rosie” or “Rosita” as she was affectionally known by everyone that knew her was preceded in death by her daughter, Sara Hernandez Perez; son, Ricardo Simon Hernandez; parents, Manuel (Enoe) Zepeda, father of her children, Gilberto Simon Hernandez. Also preceding her in death were her siblings: Eudelia (+Jose) Vasquez, Manuel (+Maximiliana) Zepeda and Roberto Zepeda.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Cesar (Mandy Reyna) Hernandez; son-in-law, Roque Perez; grandchildren, Rodrigo Roque Perez, Cesar Gabriel (Adriana) Hernandez and Steven (Stella) Hernandez; great-grandchildren, Andres Axzel Hernandez, Jayden Hernandez, Dylan Hernandez and Skylan Hernandez.
Surviving her also are other grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and her former co-workers.
The family will be receiving guests on Monday, August 20, 2018, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services. Chapel service will start at 1:00 pm by Deacon Gerardo Morales. Interment will follow to the family plot of the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
