Roberto Carrera, 62, entered into eternal rest, Monday, August 5, 2024. Mr. Carrera is preceded in death by his siblings, Agustina, Raquel and Ricardo.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mely Villarreal Jaime; children, Melissa (Joshua Bazan) Carrera, Claudia Alejandra (Ivan Ortega Flores) Carrera, Roberto (Alejandra Nino) Carrera and Ricardo (Karen) Carrera; grandchildren, Eleanor L. Carrera, Alisson A. Carrera, Geraldine Carrera, Joshua Bazan, Jr., Riccardo A. Carrera and Ivannelli Bazan; siblings, Ricardo, Maria Luisa, Guillermina, Bertha, Guillermo, Alejandro and Edmundo; mother in law, Maria Luisa Jaime Ramos; as well as other family members and friends that will greatly miss him.
The family will be receiving guests on Friday, August 9, 2024 in the Angelus Chapel at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A rosary will be recited in the evening. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024 from the funeral home to St. Patrick Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
