Ricardo A. Ramon, Jr.

Mr. Ricardo A. Ramon, Jr. was called to be with Our Lord on February 01, 2011. He died at home surrounded by his family. He was 60 years old at the time of his death. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.Mr. Ramon was a retired instructor at Laredo Community College having worked there for 32 years. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #2304 and was also a 4th degree member of Laredo Assembly #1129. Mr. Ramün is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Zulema V. Ramün and Ricardo A. Ramün, Sr., by his paternal grandparents, Jose E. & Viola H. Ramün, his maternal grandparents, Rodolfo & Dolores S. Villarreal, also by his cousins, Francisco B. Rodriguez, Sandra R. Puente and Benny Cortez, and by his godson, Ricardo Contreras. He is survived by his sisters, Laura Selma (Federico) Zaragoza and Rosa Maria Sifuentes. Also by his nephew and nieces, Federico (Elizabeth) Zaragoza, Jr., Teresa Zaragoza, and Jennifer Rae Arce. Mr. Ramün is also survived by his beloved grandnephews, Juwan E. Arce, Sebastian J. Arce, Jaeden X. Arce, Joel Andrew Andy Ramirez, Jr. and Federico Ryan Zaragoza and by numerous cousins, godchildren, other relatives and friends.Visitation will be held on Friday, February 04, 2011, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and a rosary recited at 6:30pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 05, 2011, at 10:00am at San Agustin Catholic Church. Pallbearers (ASK) Jose Daniel Salazar, Raul Ventura H, Armando Cervera, Roberto Requejo, Richard Rodriguez,Rene Requejo, Victor H. Licea.Honorary Pallbearers: Margarito Requejo, Javier F. Cabello, Alfredo McCabe andFrancisco J.
