Mr. Cisneros is survived by his beloved wife: Martha Cisneros, his loving children: Elsa (Michael) Blocker, Monica Cisneros and Reynaldo Cisneros, Jr., grandson: Andrew Blocker, siblings: Juan Cisneros, Rosa Chapa, Alma Manzanares, Rafael Cisneros, Blanca Olivares and Celso Peña.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 10am to 2pm at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services where a Rosary will be recited at 2:00 pm.
