I had the honor of working with Raul while at DPS; he always had a way of cheering you up as his "Patna" or "Brodita". He was one of the hardest workers; dedicated and loyal and always there to support you. He will live on in my memories as I tell old war stories of our joint exploits. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family; may the Lord bless you and keep you and bring you peace as you mourn a great man.
