Olga G. Salinas, 88, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 21, 2018.
“Gramma Lina’s” devoted her life to her children and instilled in them the importance of family unity, love for each other and most importantly love for God. She began and ended her days with prayer inspiring her children, grandchildren, nephews and nieces to do the same. She will be greatly missed but her family finds comfort knowing she will forever be in God’s Grace.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Olga Alicia Macgregor, her grandson, Joseph Daniel Ramirez, her sister Elvia Garcia, and brothers, Arturo and Alfonso Garza.
Left to cherish her memory are children, Rosa Elvira (Heberto) Ramirez, Ana Laura Salinas, Blanca (Victor) Gonzalez, Roberto Arturo Salinas, and Marisela Salinas Jacaman; 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many other relatives.
The family would like to express their utmost gratitude to her caregiver Marissa Gonzalez for all her love and attention and to Superior Home Health and Angel Care ambulance for tenderly rendering their services.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services with visitation starting at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A holy rosary will be recited at 12:00 pm by Pastor – Msgr. James Harris. I lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.

Por ejemplo en Isaías 33:24 dice que llegará el día en que nadie dirá “estoy enfermo”. Y en Revelación 21:4 dice que “Dios limpiará toda lágrima de los ojos y la muerte no será más, ni existirá ya más lamento ni clamor ni dolor”. Y en Hechos 24:15 habla de “una resurrección”. Jehova adiós muy pronto acabará con toda la maldad y todo lo que ocaciona la muerte. Ademas nos dice que tiene el deseo de devolverles la vida a nuestros seres queridos que hayan muerto.
