She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan & Maria Luisa Iruegas; son, Juan Navarro, Jr.; siblings, Juan Iruegas, Jr., Irma Iruegas de Montemayor, and Maria del Refugio Iruegas Montemayor.
Maria is survived by her son, Gabriel (Erica A.) Perez; daughters, Nery Olivia Perez, and Maria Luisa (Jesus Antonio) Saldana; 13 grandchildren; sisters, Olivia Iruegas, Dolores Iruegas Villarreal; as well as numerous other family and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Discourse will begin at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services beginning at 7:00 am – 9:30 am where a procession will then follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.

La familia recibirá invitados el jueves 7 de julio de 2022 en Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services de 5:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m. Un discurso comenzará a las 7:00 pm. Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el viernes 8 de julio de 2022 en Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services a partir de las 7:00 a. m. a las 9:30 a. m., y luego seguirá una procesión hasta el cementerio de la ciudad de Laredo.
