Maria de la Cruz Gonzalez, 89, entered into eternal rest Friday, August 27, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gustavo Gonzalez; parents, Benjamin & Cruz Teniente; daughter, Natalia Gonzalez; great-granddaughter, Jocelyn Arredondo; siblings, Carlos Teniente, Juanita Teniente Gaytan, Petra Teniente Mendoza, Francisco Teniente, Benjamin Teniente, Jose Rosario Teniente, and Israel Teniente.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Roberto Gustavo (Maria Olga) Gonzalez, Alicia Guadalupe (Silvestre) Gomez, Martina Beatris (Arturo) Garza, Maria de la Cruz (Heriberto) Hernandez, Pedro Luis (Sandra) Gonzalez; 13 grandchildren, Clare, Roberto, Jr., Leeroy, Saul, Eddiberto, Fernando, Martha, Minerva, Maraya, Lyanne, Emily, Peter, Luis; 19 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; as well as other family and friends who will greatly miss her.

The family will be receiving guests on Monday, September 6, 2021, at Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 pm. Cremation will be held at a later date.
